Sales Call Leave Behinds, Note Pads
After a sales call you should leave behind business giveaways. Your customer will appretiate it and it shows you are serious about what you do. One of the best leave behinds is note pads and pens. The 3M adhesive note pads will always be used and almost never thrown away.
I do not know how many times I have been out on a sales call and returned a few weeks later and see the note pads I left being used. Sometimes its the secretary, sometimes the shipping department and sometimes the person you left them with. You want the secretary seeing your name over and over, when it is time to use your product or service you are conveninetly right in front of her on her desk. Humm who do you think is going to get the call?
I have found that note pads printed with your logo and contact information have reaped me many benifits and well worth the small money the cost. I have had a person on the other end of the phone actually tell me that they were holding one of my note pads and were calling to do business with me. One time particular I recieved a 9,000 order from this person picking up one of my leave behinds. I can buy alot of note pads with that sale alone.
The one thing I have gain more than anything else is after leaving behind note pads to get a call from a different department of the company I called on. Some how my note pads got in there hands and I got a sale from it. In most cases these were from people of other departments that needed my products and I would have never known.
After you start leaving note pads around you will get a call from someone that was prompted by these note pads and then it is all worth it. You will see!
