Screen-printing T-shirts is the most popular imprinting method. Even in today's age of technology, the screen-printing process remains
manual. Custom imprinted T-shirts are often made in the from of pad printing, which is the process of creating a acid etched plate that will be swiped
with ink, placed on a rubber pad, and then transferred to the promotional item of your choice.
Embossing, or de-bossing as it is sometimes referred to, is another fashionable imprinting process. This process embellishes leather, leaving
an imprint that appears to be stamped into the product. A third process, hot stamping, places a piece of foil in-between the promotional product
being imprinted and a die, the die is forced down onto the foil and the product, the imprint of the foil being left on the product. When buying

Keep in mind that the pricing on most of our apparel includes up to 5,000 free stitches!
The most efficient and accurate way to get an estimate of your design's stitch count is to send it to us. We will pass it on to our digitizers
and have them estimate it for you- free of charge! If you would like to make a general estimation to help you choose between new logo options, the
basic rule of thumb says to estimate 1,500 to 2,000 stitches per square inch. This rule applies to one layer of stitching only, as multiple layers will require additional stitches. Estimating stitch count of text is a bit more complicated.
Text stitch counts will vary based on font style and letter size. Here are a few examples: the text 'ABC Construction' at 1/2 inch height (width
is determined by the height and font) will range between 3,000 to 4,000 stitches, a 2 inch tall brown bear logo with text such as 'Bear Outdoor Products' ranges from 11,000 to 12,000 stitches. If your logo is meant for a full jacket back, the range of your stitch estimate will increase. You can figure that ten letters of 3 inch tall text ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 stitches. If your logo image is comparable to a largely detailed semi truck, it may take 100,000 to 150,000 stitches.
